To help prevent this, you can dip your hair in tap water before taking a dip in the pool or ocean. Your hair will absorb the tap water opposed to the chlorine or salt water.

TIP 2. PROTECT
Unfortunately the water isn’t the only nasty for your hair. You’ve also got to be cautious of the sun during these months. The sun’s UV rays cause your hair colour to fade and lose it’s lustre.
