Where is my order coming from?
All our items are in stock and in our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Your item will be dispatched directly from our depot.
What is the delivery process?
We can deliver to anywhere throughout New Zealand. Once you have confirmed your order, it will automatically start processing for dispatch. If you place your order before 2pm, Monday – Friday, it will leave that afternoon. Otherwise, it’ll be on its way on the next business day.
You will receive an email direct from the courier (Aramex, formerly FastWay) as soon as it has been picked up with your tracking information. If you require more information, please don’t hesitate to send us an email or give us a ring.
How much is delivery?
We have a Flat Rate urban delivery fee of $5.
Additional rural fees may apply, depending on your delivery address. This will be calculated in checkout once you enter your shipping address.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been picked up by the courier, the estimated delivery timeframes are:
– North Island: 1 business day
– South Island: 2-3 business days
– Rural addresses: please allow an additional 1-2 days
Do you ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately no, the courier system does not allow delivery to PO Boxes. If no one will be at your home address to receive your parcel, we recommend having it delivered to your work address.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Please track your parcel with the information provided by the courier company. If there is an issue with the delivery of your parcel, we recommend contacting the courier company directly as they will be able to provide more information regarding your parcel.
