Once you realise there is a problem, the last thing you want is a hassle. We’re here to make the process as simple as possible. To do that, we’ve outlined a simple info-list below alongside our returns process, so we know we are all on the same page:
- We can offer an exchange only on an item due to change of mind or misorder.
- Products must be returned in new and unopened condition after an issue is found. For the benefit and confidence of all our customers, once an item is opened, we deem it as being used and unable to be returned.
- Your return item needs to be packaged in the manufacturer’s product box with original packaging in tact.
- You are liable for the safe return of this item
- If you believe a product is faulty, we will need to follow the guidelines provided from each individual brand/supplier. Procedures will vary.
- If a product is deemed faulty by the brand/supplier, we can offer an exchange or refund according to their procedure.
- If a refund is due, we process these twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays to your nominated bank account. In the event of a MYM Voucher being supplied, these vouchers are valid for 90 days from time of issue.
