The BeYou Menstrual cup is an alternative to other period
products such as sanitary pads and tampons. It is worn inside
the vagina, collecting the blood flow instead of absorbing it.

Our BeYou cup comes in two sizes and is made from 100% soft
medical grade silicone. It’s a great alternative, cheaper, healthier
and better for the environment.

Prepping for Insertion
  • 1. Before your first use, clean your cup thoroughly
  • 2. Wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap
  • 3. Find a comfortable sitting, standing, squatting or kneeling position
Inserting Your Cup
  • 1. Hold onto your cup firmly with your finger and thumb as low down on the cup as possible whilst keeping it folded.
  • 2. With your other hand, at the entrance to the vagina, guide the cup up and towards your back.
  • 3. The BeYou Menstrual Cup has been designed to be worn as low as it will comfortably sit in the vagina.
Create the seal
  • 1. Run your finger around the side of your menstrual cup to ensure it is fully open
  • 2. Pinch the base of the cup and rotate it. Make sure this is the base of the cup and not the stem
  • 3. Clench your menstrual cup with your vaginal muscles
Trim the Stem
  • 1.Ensure you have trimmed the stem to the right length for you.
  • 2.The end of the stem of the cup should sit comfortably just inside vagina.
  • 3.As a guide, if you find that the cup is uncomfortable when sitting or walking then it is likely you need to trim the stem slightly
