MYM Cosmetics Ltd

Once you realise there is a problem, the last thing you want is a hassle. We’re here to make the process as simple as possible. To do that, we’ve outlined a simple info-list below alongside our returns process, so we know we are all on the same page:

  • We don’t exchange items due to a change of mind. This includes the choosing of incorrect product shades. It is incredibly important that you choose carefully before you place your order.
  • Products must be returned in new and unopened condition after an issue is found. For the benefit and confidence of all our customers, once an item is opened, we deem it as being used and unable to be returned.
  • Your return item needs to be packaged in the manufacturer’s product box.
  • Who is liable for the cost of your return is dependent on the circumstance and is subject to the discretion of MYM Beauty.
  • If a refund is due, we process these twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays to your nominated bank account. In the event of a MYM Voucher being supplied, these vouchers are valid for 90 days from time of issue. Return Procedure

Step 1: Contact us as quickly as possible. What does this mean? We allow 7 days from time of dispatch to hear from you. Once you receive your beautifully packaged MYM box, please open it. Check the goods are correct and if there are any concerns, contact us. Ideally (and if it’s easy enough), please take a photo. Our contact details are below;

Step 2: We’ll email to you a Postage Paid Returns Slip.

Step 3: Stick the label to your MYM Beauty box with the returning item/s inside.

Step 4: Drop the return off at your local Post Office or Drop Off Centre.

Now your work has been done

It’s up to us. We expect to receive your package 3 – 5 business days later. From here we’ll do the following;

Step 1: Once we receive the damaged item and Returns Form we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s arrived (Nothing worse than not knowing!).

Step 2: We’ll assess the issue as soon as we can, but in any event within 3 business days.

Step 3: From there we’ll contact you that same day to let you know how we’re going to keep you a rapt MYM lover.
