   This is a truly a shampoo that does everything it promises and more. First thing I had to learn, was how to properly shampoo...(i.e.: I am only washing my scalp, not the hair), once that was corrected this product proved to be truly amazing. I have naturally curly waist length brunette hair that is...

   colored every 6-8 weeks. I flat iron 3-4 time a week and in the last 4 years my split ends have drastically diminished and are minimal. I only trim 3 times a year. This shampoo does not leave behind an oily or dry scalp and as anyone with long hair knows, you can't wash every day. I wash 1-2 times per week and this shampoo is a big factor in being able to pull that off without the use of a dry shampoo in between washed. The only things about the sunflower line...I LOVE the shampoo, not the conditioner. For that I use the amino conditioner. When I wear my hair natural, I do not need any product to activate my curl, it has bounce and looks healthy (which is a challenge with hair as long as mine). When I flat iron my hair everyone compliments the shine and my hair looks healthy and strong. The reason I attribute this shampoo with the health, strength and shine in my hair is that 4 years ago I cut my hair into a bob and having curly hair cut into a bob (which would require constant flat ironing) I was seeking a product that would preserve my hair. I have trusted Kiehl's for the last 20 years for my skin (should have jumped on the hair bandwagon sooner), so I went in and spoke with the saleslady about my needs. My first attempt was the amino acid shampoo and conditioner. Loved the conditioner, the shampoo, not so much. The second attempt was the avocado shampoo and amino conditioner, again loved the conditioner, shampoo...not at all. This was my third attempt and the sunflower shampoo and amino conditioner it was. I have not used any other shampoo or conditioner in the last four years and I can't imagine my hair growing as long, strong and healthy with another product.

   I have tried everything... I cannot tell you how much money I have spent on kerastase and other very expensive brands. I finally found a shampoo and conditioner that repair and hydrate, while deeply cleaning my hair. As a note for customers, my hair is curly, blond, and with volume.

   I finally found a fabulous shampoo and conditioner that doesn't weight down my hair, makes it silky and shiny and thoroughly cleans and conditions it. It does all of this and protects the color too. I searched high and low and spent and great deal of money trying other brands but Keihls Sunflower...

   hair products are amazing. If you hair is not clean or weighed down then you are not washing your hair thoroughly and either need more product or more water. I have fine textured, medium thickness hair and everything weights my hair down except for this.
