How do you deliver?
All our items are in stock and in our warehouse in New Zealand. We aren’t sending your order from Singapore or Hong Kong. That takes too long. ALL of our stock and customer service team are right here in NZ to serve you quicker!
What is the delivery process?
MYM can only ship throughout New Zealand.
Once your order has been confirmed we go to work on sending out your goods. We review what day your first payment is scheduled to go out and pack your order ready for dispatch. Once your first payment has been cleared you will receive an email with your despatched order tracking information and you can track it on

How much is delivery?
We have a Flat Rate urban delivery fee of $5. Additional rural fees may apply, depending on your delivery address.
How soon till I get my purchase?
Once your first payment has been received we aim to have your order delivered within 1 – 3 business days, depending on where you are located. It is important to note that delivery to rural addresses may take longer.
Do you ship to a PO Box?
It is our policy that all deliveries require a signature so we cannot ship to a P.O. BOX. We find the best place to get your order delivered is work or where you are based throughout the day. If that can’t happen, please let us know a residential or home address to where we can safely ship the order. In the event that our requirement for a signature is overridden at your request, we are not liable for any loss. Our view is that we get it signed for everyone’s peace of mind!
What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
There is no re-delivery fee. If you are not available to receive the order, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. If our partners are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to MYM’s warehouse. Should you have any problems, please contact us at (09) 320 5769.
